    Pump Wedge/ Stator

Just wondering where you all get your parts? Im looking for a pump wedge for my SL780 but I have only found one place that has the (cant remember the name of the site) or if anyone has one for sale.
Im wanting it for top speed, so am I wanting the bigger or smaller * for that?

And the other part Im looking for is a pump stator, Im on a budget too so its kinda hard to find the parts I want. anyone know where I can find one of these as well?

Or try PM John Zigler. Not sure on a wedge, I'm sure he's got a stator. The larger wedges are for top speed, but can add to handling problems on 2 seaters in choppy water. Hotseat has them, but are like $70. Watcon.com should have them too for about the same price.

You can get a 4* wedge right from polaris for $22. Part number is 5432841.

Don't forget, If you're going from no wedge to a 4* wedge, you might have trouble with the length of the inlet tube.
The wedge will set the nozzle back around 1/2".

    wedge

i believe if the ski has no wedge at all and you install a factory 4 the water tube fits fine, the problem is the lower bolts aren't long enough, hot seat sells the longer ones,or make some

You are correct. Longer bolts on the bottom is all you should need

If you have no wedge at all I can help. I have a factory one off a 96 SLT 780 that you can have for free. Just pay the shipping. I think it is 4 degrees (someone can chime in on that answer). I always want to go to the pay it forward but I usually have nothing to give. If you want it, its yours. Just pay shipping. BTW, it does fit if your wondering. I think you just have to buy the bolts for the bottom (longer).

if you have no wedge and install one the water tube will move and can dislodge enough from the pump to loose pressure so you need to address this issue with rubber hose washers or something! Z PS nice offer PLRSx45

You can stack rubber washers on the water tube hull end.
