Well dude..there's been plenty of info thrown around already on this topic and the masses all lean toward Amsoil with good reason, the stuff rocks...get it and get it good.

To be honest, any of the top brands of oil (Amsoil, Klotz, Mobil1) will do just fine. There has been a lot of debate on here, it come down to personal preferences. For that matter, you can use Quicksilver from WalMart if you want. I use Mobile1 2T in my GPR, just because it's a really high-strung motor. I'll use anything from Quicksilver to Penzoil to Klotz in my XLL, whatever I find cheap.

I'm not a big fan of Amsoil. Not necessarily because of the product itself, but because of their MLM marketing ways. Not that I couldn't get over that fact, but it's a negative none-the-less.

How about Motul oil? I haven't heard that mentinoed much but have used it in other 2-stroke applications (karting, mopeds, etc).

I used Motul in my dirt bikes and never had any issues with it.

I have used Motul, Klotz, and now use Royal Purple. Never an issue with any of them.

So if you start your own small business and then find your self with a big buisness you are going to fire all the little people that made you who you are??? This is what Amsoil position is. It started with small people selling there product and it still remains the same. There is nothing wrong with this. Good old fashion values built the USA!!!!!!!!
