Got a rock stuck in my impeller today. need some help getting it out.
Well i was leaving the beach today got out 10 feet and i cant go much more that 4 mph. So i had a buddy pull me in. Got it out and there is a decently large rock stuck in the impeller. Prop doesnt look to bad, but that rock is really slowing me down. how do i get to the prop to get it out? thanks

I would pull the pump and replace the wearring and repair the impeller. Make sure the pump shoe is in ok shape. You have to at least look.

How hard is it to remove the pump. Looks like there are 4 bolts and then the 2 holding the nozzles on. How hard is it to remove the prop after that?

The pump should just fall out.....But if it doesn't, take something and just pry it free from the pump housing.
