    Custom OPAS B/O's (pics)

These were crafted up in about 10-13 hours of time. Materials cost $50. Porpoising went away. These were made to hold me over until the RE's come in. If you're up to the task you can make a temporary set for yourself. No machinery was used. The sheet metal was wedged under a counter top in order to bend it. The bracket piece was riveted to the main piece. It's really not that difficult. I left the OPAS in place, but as a result I lost one of the 'arms'; like the piece sticking out in the back view of the right side pic.

    Tough crowd...tough crowd...

How many times do I have to tell you. If you are hungry, get food... stop chewing the rub rails.

LMAO, I first took a look at the pics and did what everyone else did. I inspected the whole ski and the trailers bunks and said dang his dog uses his ski AS a chew tow then I looked at the BO's..

Good job, now go ride it and tell us if the y work...

I have ridden and they work. I've had them on for a couple weeks (just forgot to take pics). The porpoising went away. I'm taking them off soon though because my RE's will be here. All you who are complaining about my rub rail you can buy me a new one if you'd like

you should ship them off to the next guy waiting for RE's, recycle them, they could be reused dozens of times!!!!
