I've always gone for the under-dog and tried to make it better.
Made in the USA, Americans earning a living and letting me have fun.
My first Polaris was in 93' and part of that reason was also the 3 cylinders and awesome top speed. It was also the most stable platform at the time. I remember standing on the side and it not tipping over-cool for a 2 seater I thought.

I couldn't barely put half my weight on my SL and it was underwater. Thanks for reminding me I'm a fat kid.

Anyways - I grew up on Polaris sleds. 'Nuff said.

Fastest thing on the water in it's time and very easy to work on compared to other brands.

Every time I look head on at my SLX 780 or Pro 1200 sitting in the water, it reminds me of an unlimited hydroplane. It just has that low mean look to it. Besides that, they don't run half bad if you're great at doing preventative maintenance.
