    Pennzoil Marine XLF

I have a 95 slt750. Would I have to adjust anything if I started using Pennzoil Marine XLF? I'm premixing now 40:1 with Quicksilver premium.
Or should I just keep using the Quicksilver 2 cycle oil?

    Thanks

At 40:1 with both oils I don't see where you should have to change anything BUT I'd certainly watch the plugs for a few tanks.

    Thanks AL

Would I still mix the synthetic 40:1 or 50:1. Would it smoke less at idle?

I would check with the manufacturers recommendation as some will tell you NOT to mix thinner than 40:1, I'm no familiar with the pennzoil brand so I just don't know.
I can tell you I mix the Amsoil at 40:1 on my SL750 and you can barely see the smoke. I feel safer with the 40:1 and very little smoke so, I've never felt the need to change on my midly modded rides.
