    Post 04 RXP Battery Recommendations...

I am in need of a new battery for my 04 RXP I was wondering if anyone could help me out or point me into the right direction of which battery to go with and if anyone could get me a reasonably priced one.

    Thanks!

Go with the OEM. It is a 30 amp battery. These 4-techs need all the cranking power they can get. I don't know of any company making a 30 amp drycell yet. I am sure they will one day.

    oddessey 925l drycell..
by far the best battery avalible IMO..

I use oddessey batts on all my ATVs ,motorcycles, Skis, my boat, my camper and im about to put one in my tahoe.. ill never buy a WET batt again

they have had drycells avalible even before the 4tec came out...

ive been using a 2 year old oddessey 625 drycell mounted sideways (oldschool smaller pwc size) in my 4tec RXPL with more electrical stuff then most people could ever imagine with no problems.. got bilge pumps depth sensors, fans, silinoids, extra gauges, gps power, wideband FA gauges,etc... never left me stranded.

all that on a drycell intended for a small 2 stroke and have NEVER even had to charge it..

the 925 will be the last battery you will ever have to buy for your ski..
