help with acceleration
i think it could be something with the driveshaft or i dont know if jet ski's have clutch's but my 900 zxi doesnt have the acceleration it should it takes off as if seaweed is in the jet can anybody help or know what could be wrong? it still reaches a good 60mph top speed. i have a solas X prop on the way any ideas please help

Look around, your in the wrong room. There is a place for this kind of help. Seems you double posted.
Well here is some help. Get it on a trailer and inspect the intake and exit of the pump. Might have something wrapped around the dive shaft. Throws it off balance and takes off like poo poo. For sure sounds like cavitation. If the pump is clean then pull the pump out and send it with the prop in it to Impros.
That and the motor is 900cc so its gonna take off like poop on its best day. Sorry couldnt help myself. Ultra250 TN told me to say it.
Oh well at least yours runs for a week on one tank of gas.

Ummm..............whats this got to do with the Ultra 250?
There is a section called Kawasaki performance.Post there you might get some help.In the mean time, check your clearnce of the impeller to the pump housing..
