    oil pump install question

    is there any reason to adjust the oil pump after removing and reinstalling it? I did not disconnect the lines or cable. ( it looks like a pain to adjjust) thanks

    Need to make sure the lines line up. Better safe than sorry. We all know what happens when a motor doesn't get enough oil.

    If you didnt disconnect the cable you should be fine. I would go ahead and loosen the bleed srew for a minute and verify oil comes out just to make sure there isnt any air in it (just as a precaution).
