    Wedge bolts?

I'm putting a wedge on my Ultra 250X. Where can I get a stainless steel 8X45 bolts from other than Kawasaki? I don't want to order it and have to wait a few days for it. Thanks.

I thought that the factory bolt 8X35 is too short.

Just go to a Marine supply shop,,,they have them and you only need the longer ones for the bottom bolts.

You can get galvanized ones at Ace hardware, ss at marine stores.
I wouldn't run that high pressure pump with less than recommended
    bolts.

Sorry Tom, but that's a bad suggestion for these two reasons:

    1. Threads have a certain "class of fit". With the extra Galv, on them, especially into aluminum, you're gonna tear up threads on a very expensive part.

    2. Electrolosis and rust - A galv. bolt is just a coated steel bolt.

Lowes and Ace both should have the SS metric bolts needed at a fraction of what Kawi gets for them.

STOP RUNNING YOURSELF AROUND, just use the bolts that come in the pump you have. Ive been pounding mine and no problems....
