Need Carb Tuner in Minneapolis Area

My Pro1200 burbles at idle and up to 3500 RPM. After a long no wake zone it almost fouls the plugs. The only mods are V-Force reeds and Hot Seat 92 octane heads. I suspect the slow jets are a little big but I would rather have someone with carb tuning experience just go through it. Anybody know someone in the Minneapolis area?

Hmm...so it should already have the smaller slow jets (65). Mids should be 40s. My guess is that its something else. I had an issue with my ski and the crappy grey "Tempo" fuel line plugging the return jet, resulting in excessive fuel pressure and rich carburation at slow speeds. The fuel line breaks down and forms a green goo, which plugs jets. I'd look there first. Are the limiter caps still on the low speed adjustment screws? They are black caps with a slot in them.

Last week I had my trusted mechanic tear the carbs down to inspect them and replace the fuel pump diaphragms. He said everything was clean. The leaky pump diaphragm was my theory. The idle mixture screws are set at 1 3/8 turns out and the black caps are removed
