New top speed of 73.2 after IC install!!!
I have a Riva stage one and it ran 71 mph in May. I just installed Jfizzlejr IC kit and tested it out today and ran 73.2@ 8180 rpm. I was very happy w/ the results. Befor the install my rpms where at 8040. I gained 140 rpm. Also when I floor it the rpms imediatly flash to 8120-8140. Befor they would slowly creep up from 7900 to 8040. Now its like BAMM instant. Also found that riding in the superman postion actually gained 1 mph from 72 in normal riding position to 73.2 in superman.

I'm glad it worked for you
Does anyone know what the ACTUAL rev limit is on these 06 and 07 SCIC's??
If the rev limit is still 8200 you could pitch the prop for 8100 rpms to gain more speed.

now all you need to do is get it pitched back a little so you will be right at 8100 and you will be hitting 75mph

Why would lowering my rpm from 8180 to 8100 allow me to go faster? I don't understand

That little bit of pitching isnt gonna give you 3 mph anyway

If he's got the 14/19 and the rev limit is 8200 I think he could get 2 mph or more by putting in a 15/20 and pitching for 8100.

If the rev limiter is at 8200 then you need to pitch for 8100 RPM. The peak horsepower is made at 8100 RPM and horsepower falls off tremendously after that on the stock ECU. I believe Riva's dyno testing on a stock '04~'05 RXP showed 209HP at 8100 and 195HP at 8200.
