    wedge with stock grate?

    can you use a wedge on the GTX without an aftermarket grate?...PR...

    I don't see why you can't, some people have said it's better to run the stock intake grate on a RXT than the Riva grate.

    i found that once you hit about the 75++mph mark with the rxt, its better to use the riva grate cause it comes unhooked too easy...... with the riva grate the back of the ski feels stuck to the water......just my .02

    lol, I`m no where`s near 75 ... more like 62.5 with a stock ski...PR...

    I'm using the stock grate with a wedge and like it better than with the Riva, but I'm not going anywhere near 75mph. I haven't sold my Riva because I felt like if I get fast enough in the future that I might need it, but at 69+/- the stock grate seems best. Maybe my lazy ass will put my RR SC wheel in this week and bust 70... really not lazy but busy.

    IMO... stock grates all the way on the 3-seaters, but my experience with the 3-seater came to a halt at about the 73+ mark until i called it quits for an RXP.

    i felt the stock grate did pretty much everything better, even hook up better in the chop especially

    The best $100 i spent on my ski.....makes the RXT feel lighter imo....wouldn't ride it without them and should be one of the first handling mods done..... but what do i know
