Thread: stand

    can some one point me in the right direction on how too build a stand for my ski. If you have directions that would be great.

    Do a search for jet ski dolly and use your imagination, these things are very simply to make. Click on detailed specification on the link I provided and it tells what the material is.

    2" square tubing 16 gauge - I would prefer 11 gauge or 1/8" (depending on the supplier, 11 gauge & 1/8 could be the same

    casters - Northern Tool has some pretty cheap casters.

    2x4 - any lumber store but I recommend Lowes because it's the cheapest for the next item

    boat carpet (black) - can be purchased at Lowes for $6-7 /linear foot (don't quote me on this)

    thanks i searched for stands. thanks for all the info nd also is there specific instructions so i know exaclty how to do it. tthanks again

    Mines from scrap......just use common sense and you can make one from just 'bout anything.
