    Talking My 2004 RXP STAGE III List

    This is the latest of my upgrade for my RXP but with all of that Mode im still running in low 7900 RPM and 68 MPH. . what do you think is wrong guys ? by the way the water is Hot Engine Temp 89F and high hummedity. Taking of from 0 bushing the full thruttel i get 8550 RPM after that in speed i get only 7900

    not 100% but i think you need to either get riva pro stage III sc to go with that 15/19 prop or you need to get a different prop to match the vortech wheel that your running cause the 15/19 is too much prop. thats why your rpms are so low.....imo get the rude charger, a set of 50lb injectors, and a rear air intake and be done with it.......just my .02

    Check your impeller, sounds like part of your problem is your impeller pitch is way out of wack. A peice of my pump shoe broke off and went through my pump knocking my impeller out of wack and I hunted and hunted for the extra RPM- took off a few mm's off the trailing edge and got some back but not the speed. So I sent it back to SKAT for a pitch check.. not only was it screwed they had to add to the outside blades(worn from SS wear ring) and the RPM's and speed came WAAAAAY up - 8520 RPM @ 81.4MPH w/ 81mm venturi. BTW- They repitched to 15/18.5 and it's perfect for a stage III

    Also go Riva rear intake- good for a solid 100 RPM's

    What engine oil do you use ??!.. it might be that by the time you reach to max rpm it over heats and the washers starts to slip..

    Khalifa, there are several things you need to check.

    I see you had the head off, the cam timing could be off. What is the compression ratio? With the stock cam you want to have around 140 psi of compression.

    Ensure that your oil level is not over filled.

    Ensure that all 4 blades on the impeller are equal and also take 2 mm pitch out of them for more RPM's

    Your Green Charger impeller will be shipping Thursday so that will add some more RPM's

    Get rid of that air intake and go with the Riva rear air intake

    Khalifa, I am from UAE and I can guess the style of riding you do.. riding in sea water and all the choppy water we have in the area..you wouldnt want to use the riva rear intake ur supercharger it will be filled with seawater!! it happened to me.. and i switched back to the front air intake..

    check on the things the greenhulk suggested am sure you will find the problem

    Thanks GP1300 .. I told Jerry that before we have bad waves in here... any way thanks for bothe of you guys .. and jerry would i need to patch -2mm or +2mm ???

    Im not sure jerry about the - and + can you tell me of what you see in the picture iS it right Upward is + and - Downward ?

    What you said is true... you want to mount the impeller in the vise as pictured and push down.
