    Do these rave's look right!!!!

I pulled the raves today to check for carbon and saw that the rear rave had a zip tie holding it in place and the other had nothing, should there a zip tie or other type of fastener or just nothing..This is the way I bought the ski and did not know till now so what goes there...

some people do use zip ties as the factory spring clamp looses tension over time. however, that tie looks way to thick (thin ones are hard to find) and the other should have something holding it together. If I were you I'd order a rebuild kit and then get some replacement spring clamps from SD and see.

I also doubt anything bad happened because there really isn't too much stress put on those bellows and they don't appear to be overly damaged from your pic. you may notice smoother operation and some pick up in acceleration or top end when you get them all back together clean and properly assembled.

    Better yet,
I had best luck using safety wire.
    -Two loops.
    -Five twist.
