Throttle cable installation?
I'm having trouble getting the throttle cable installed on the carbs, is there any trick to putting them on?

Put the ball into the throttle drum and then put the cable through the manifold. I usually hold the throttle plate WOT with my finger so the cable reaches a little easier.

I can do it in my sleep now. Loosen the adjuster at the throttle lever to give you slack. Put the cable peg into the drum hole with the cable situated upward to slide into the cut out for the cable. It does help to hold the carbs at WOT for more slack on the cable. Retighten the adjuster nut at the throttle leaving a touch of slack to be sure the throttle plates close all the way.
