    Class Action Suit

If I am given a hard time by my dealer regarding the SC Washer problem I may pursue some legal action against BPR/Seadoo/Rotax.

I hope it is ok to say that in this form. Don't want to break any GH rules!!

    This very bad service.

My full time job I go up against firms much bigger than BPR every day. For example one is worth more than $50BN.
And my wife is a Corp Lawyer.

So no worries there. Wish could tell you more but I love my job.

    Thanks for the reply

They build small plane engines, none of them are jets.

    Hi Bermy Guy,
I like what you do I had a Sea Doo GSX LTD a while ago and lots of engine problems like most of the other GSX LTD owners. I tried to contact Sea Doo directly and get some assistence or support but all I got was silence. Same as with the "Ceramic Washers" now.
Sea Doo at least should have sent a letter out to RXP/RXT owners, inform them about the problem and let them choose to have a "free set" of metal washers.
That would be good customer service, in my own huble opinion.
I realy hope that you go ahead and stir things up a little. Good luck and all the best from my side!!!!
