    F12 idle adjustment

I see alot of the R12X idle questions and answers, but none on the F12. I have looked and looked and looked again. I have a 2006 F12 n/a and cannot find the idle adjustment screw. Does anyone know where it might be and better yet a pic. I have seen Nitro post to dial it in on the hose, so I have that part down. Thanks in advance.

Here is a pic of the adjustment knob. In the second pic I am pointing to it. I am going to post these pics in the how to section also.

actually that picture is not correct for a R12. The knob is in the back of the throttle body. The R12x is in front.

Hey Nitro... He was asking where it was on a F12x. He had seen some info on the R but no info on the "F".

the pix i posted IS correct for a F12 i said R12 in error.

All F12s are in the rear. The 2002-03 F12x is also in the rear, but later years 04-07 are in the front, the F12 N/A has always been in the rear as i posted above.

fyi, the difference is noise level at idle is enough to inhibit conversation at slightly elevated idle, with a KN air filter.

I was set at 1600 idle so i could get thru longer no wakes and could not talk to my friends.. then yesterday i set it back to 12-1300 and it's quiet as a mouse.. ducks were even coming up to me while idleing, trying to get my corn chips. Finally i have a quiet 4 stroke when i want it..then nail the throttle and all hell breaks loose ;-]
