suckmywake and RXP Steve were riding together about 6 weeks ago and both lost boost about the same time. They pulled the S/C and found that they had to shim the clutch. About how many hours are on the S/C?

Dr Jerry had shimed the both sc's , new ceramic bearings

and metal washers as well as Vortech impellers , i m running both RXP's

foe just 4 hours only after all parts were installed ( only 4 hours )

i m really getting crazy , coz the stock RXP can pass me

by very easy , i hate to say that but this is the truth

My RXP stage one is doing the exact same thing...I am about to ride today after adding oil, it was low, changed spark plugs, and I checked the SC impeller through its intake and could BARELY move it, few mm and then stop....if no improvement I will look a prop pitch and possibly the guts of the S/C....these people can and will help you sooo much...this forum is awesome!

LAB: remember that you need to break in the S/C's! It's like running a new boat again in theory! They will loosen up and you should get your rpm's back

is this the first time you have been out after the install? if so I think you need to send the props to Jerry for tweaking, I had a friend that installed the complete Riva stage 1 wth the 14/17R prop his RPM`s went down to 7800 I rode the ski(RXT) yesterday after Jerry tweaked the prop and it is back to 8080-8100 I think there are alot of props that are off. I have one more tweaked prop to try on another RXT that had the same issue but it will be next week before I get to ride it

so I am betting your props need tweaking

The problems were , i spent allot of money to both RXP's

and at the end i lost power ( RPM ) before i add any parts

i used to get the 7980 rpm but now max rpm is 7550

The first RXP is 2005 is running about 163 hours only.

The 2nd RXP is 2006 is running about 78 huors only .

    aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh ,

any way thanx for the help ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
