    Cool Riva ride plate

Riva is claiming a 2 mph top speed increase with their new ride plate.
They finally have something on their website about it other than just a photo. They say they are taking orders for mid July delivery. Anyone going to try it?

Looks like you will lose the reverse with this one.

They claim you won't. It says it has intergrated reverse gate brackets.

    harry,
I'll make you a deal........ We'll split it and I'll run it for a month and then send it to you. You send me the "Jim's" ride plate and I'll try it.........

I have the wedge on order and should be here the 5th. I hope this rideplate works with the wedge. If not I guess I will get Jim's stock plate.

The question was asked on the Riva forum about the wedge and the ride plate together, the Riva response was it will porpoise. My guess is they won't make enough money on the wedge to push it over their ride plate. I also guess that based on Harry's ride plate/wege combo with no problems the Riva outcome will probably be the same or similiar, they both look similiar in tail end angle to raise nose of ski.

I just installed my wedge and had it out for first time this past weekend, was great for ski, but not those tubing behind it, it makes a nice roooster tail to the face
