    grate removal help 15F

I have removed the 4 screws that hold the grate in. I cant seem to get the grate out still though. It seems that the 3 fingers on the grate are logged into the pump shoe. I DONT want to break the pump shoe, but do I just keep pulling as hard as I can till it comes out. It also seems like it is shimmed in there. Any advice on getting the grate removed will be appreciated. Also, the screws that hold the grate in, will a local Lowes or HD carry them? They were tough to get out, and are a litte beat up now, would rather have new ones for the next time.

    Thanks

get a flat-tip screwdriver and try to gently pry it off. The silicone might be holding it on.

Thanks. I just didnt want to just start torqueing, and break something. I got a heat gun, heated it up, and started prying, came out easy then.

    Thanks
