easy, take the two e-torx bolts off the rail then wiggle and pull very carefully not to rip o-rings till rail is off. then the fuel injector wire plug is a push type, push in the chrome thingy and pull the connector off, next there shoudl be a black clip holding it to the rail. small plyers i pull the clip off and then the injector will pull off, be carefull of the fuel you will spill on your hands. dont worry it will evaporate. reverse the process and just make sure you dont loose the black clip and its in the injector slots and rail slots correctly holding the injector in place.

use the riva instructions in reverse. go to rivas website and go to the pull down menu in the top left coner of the page, instructions will be in there.

HAve some old rags or towels available. place them under the fuel rail PRIOR to pulling it apart. Smoking during this operation is not recommended...

You can put some lube on the o-rings prior to install to help them slide in. You can use what ever you have. Motor oil, grease, cooking oil, vasoline. Just use a little bit-just enought to coat the o-ring. I done that anytime i pull injectors out when i'm working on cars. Lube is good, Dry is bad.
