what speeds are you getting on your rxt?

I am just wondering what speeds the rxt owners are getting if you have a stage I kit or less installed?
And what did you get stock vs stage I?

My best is 67.5 at 8200 RPM's. It has a Stg 1...ride plate holes are not filled and intake grate is hanging. I got the RXT with the Stg 1 that was installed by the dealer of the previous owner.

Only thing done was a repitch by rab1.

Now you have me confused I've had speeds in the 69 range... 69.1 , 69.7 with a stage I and I have not seen my rpms over 7850

Why would you have higher rpms and lower speed??

Your prop might need to be repitched.

I'm pretty sure my slower speed is due to the way the intake grate sites and the ride plate holes not being filled.

wavehummer; we can usually get 66 in the heat, a tad over 67 in the cooler months.

On glass the most I have been able to see is 67.4 - 68.0 mph (GPS), I hit the 68 mph mark only twice one right after the other, I have yet to hit 68 mph again. I can get 67.4 mph no problem. This past weekend, I hit 66.1 mph on choppy water, that was one hell of a scary ride.

    The dream-o-meter says 69 mph

    I don't have a GPS,But I'm turning 7960-7980 RPMs with a 14/19 out of box.I don't have a clue on top speed. ..but I know it's fast enough.
@ stock ,7850rpm was the best on the cooler lake temps.(64/66 degrees)
