selling twin 110 hp speedster for friend that is overseas. been having some trouble with starboard engine. ran carb cleaner thru carbs and it was running well enough on hose and 20 minutes in lake for buyer to OK. he was to store boat until tittle came in. money exchanged. going over starting proceedure and port started OK, stbd would not start. pulled plug and week or no spark.

have been told it could be crank trigger at front of engine or ECM on rear bulkhead is probably the problem. can trigger be changed out with engine in boat? under $100 for part. ECM is $1400. anyone have any experience?

is there easy way to connect port engine trigger to stdb side of ecm to test?
