Ok,went to the dealer for a lanyard post and they said I need to replace the lanyard with the post and get it reprogrammed throw the buds,is this right.

I am not for sure but if you just replaced the post, you should be fine, they usually have to reprogram the key for the ecu.

Did they try dumping the info, (reset) and using a different key? Is the post clean?
Maybe try to eliminate all the other variables before swapping posts????????

my understanding is the MPEM is programmed to the lanyard and you shouldn't have to change the lanyard at all
