New to the forum + I'm a new Ultra 250 owner as well. Love the thing but really pissed myself off on Sunday...
I put 2 chips into the top left section of my ride yesterday in the blue paint (both half the size of a penny)... Wanted to ask if anyones done this and what you did to fix it...
I want to take it to a pro and have them fill them in and repaint it but wanted some feedback.
ONE MORE QUESTION... I ride this thing up and down a river here and wanted to know what everyone recommend for an anchor (I don't want to carry anything big or heavy smack up and done and ruin the inside)
Thanks ahead of time...

You can order touch-up pens from Color-rite.com, they have exact matches.
Get a bag anchor. You just fill it up with wet sand when you need it and dump it when your ready to leave.
I went to Walmart and bought a nylon bag for a couple bucks and some nylon rope and alittle float and a hook. total was about $8. the bag was in the camping section.

Inform your repair shop that the upper deck of the 250X is made of SMC (Sheet Molding Compound)
Have them use Marinetex to repair the chip then finish off with colorrite.
