OO! i like it.... i think i'll be ordering a bunch.

i HAD bunkmates on my trailer.. loved them for a year and i was in pure denial against everyone's advice that they do more harm than good... well they really wore down my gelcote BAD... i find that even the carpet over time wears the gelcote down and leaves sandy scratches.

these final bunk cover cushion things look good

How bad so they hurt the gelcoat? I'm going to get them, but won't if it is going to tear into the gelcoat alot. Any worse then beaching?

Lurker... i typically don't beach my ski very often.. i prefer leaving it offshore 15 feet with a sandbag anchor.... but over 1 season (probably about 50 lauches) the gelcote is pretty wore down and grey and gone... it's not down to fiberglass by any means, but i DO NOT recommend them if you are anal about cosmetics. they made launching the ski an absolute dream tho, i'll tell ya that

PR... it'll cost me 218 bucks + shipping (double trailer) ... i could buy a stainless steel wear ring with that money instead

I love my bunk mates. I find that with a light color you can see crap on them before you put the ski on. http://www.atlanticjetsports.com/tra...ccessories.htm

Erin... i probably would have liked them more if they went the whole length of the bunk. that's alot of weight with these 3-seater tanks to be resting on just 3 "specialized plastic" strips.

I had the black bunkmates, and they really put a good beating in the black bottom of my RXT. I'll take pictures of it tomorrow because i gotta swap some skis around between my trailer and stands in the garage
