That really depends on how handy you are. If you like doing the work and are a handy person with alot of tools it will cost you less than someone that buys all the parts and pays to have them put on. Nothing wrong with either group its just 2 different ways to accomplish the same thing.
If your talking just in the parts people buy and you doing all the work yourself.
Just rough estimates not exact, I didnt look them up.
reeds-250-500 depending on brand
jetworks-50-150 depending on how you purchase and install
headwork-free-80-150 Depending on doing it yourself or who you have do it.
And ALOT of free modifications to the ski and the purchased parts.
So on an 05 and up you can be looking at anywhere from $1435-$1685 for a 76-77 mph ski in good weather/water with ALOT OF ATTENTION given to details. Some are a little faster, some a little slower.
Pretty much the same on the 04 and older EFI skis with the addition of a newer style pump.
If you need to have parts modified or installed for you the price goes up but the quality is there and its worth the money spent.
After that stage you get into porting, BB, or tripple pipes (or a combonation of 2 or more) to break into the 80+ mph range.

Well here is my list of go fast stuff
R&D Plate - 149 + 250 (I think) for the FF Plate Mod from JIM - 400
2005 Pump Upgrade and 14/20 Dynafly - 524.95
Riva Intake Grate - 129.95
Pump Plug Kit - 69.95
Tube of 4200 - 22 I think
EFI Controller - 364.95
D-Plate - 74.99
Waveeater Clips and Couplers - 99.95
Fercho VF3 Reeds - 515
Jetworks Kit - 164.95
Tiny Tach Commercial - 60 I think
That about all I can think of really go fast wise. I am running 72 mph at 7080rpms in the heat.
Total - 2426.69
That is with me doing ALL of the labor. I think total I have over 3k in the ski looks and speed wise.
I will also say I am about 600 dollars away from going 75+ though.

Daughters 01 1200 GPR about $4000. Bought basket case with nice hull and rebuilt it. New OEM crank, Pro-X pistons, 05 pump and DF, FF plate. Ski ran 74.4 yesterday in the Fl heat set up for Christina to ride bouys and 2 up riding. Easily could get another 1mph set up for me.
My 1300 01 GPR. Again I did all the work, new OEM crank and pistons, TJ porting, etc.. $7500 is what I had in it right before MB. Ran 82.4 two weeks prior to the bug and before I got my new prop. The Novi carbs were given to me right before I quit racing so that would be an extra.
