    HELP!

I have a 2002 Freedom with a 700 sbt motor thats right at the end of the warranty, while riding at full throttle it died and when I restarted it idled rough with hardly any top end.
Looked at motor and could see that gas had been coming out of the vent hole on diafram, replaced diafram and plugs, gas doesnt leak but still runs like crap.
Checked plugs after running for a few minutes PTO is tan and the MAG plug is white. Gonna rebuild rest of carb this weekend. What do bad reeds look like?
Any suggestions as to what could be my problem?

Check compression before doing anything else, let us know what you have.

Just got off the phone with SBT they said to check compression as well, said when diafram went out it leaned the MAG cyclinder out. luckily I still have a couple of weeks left on the warranty.
Will check compression and report back.

    Thanks

I'm suprised Bryan didn't tell you to just run it until the paint peeled off the cylinders to make sure the engine was really hurt....
Damn, did I say that out loud??

Oh my I can't wait to see how this unfolds. I hope they send you a good engine to replace this one right away. I'll say a pray for you tonight. If they send you one of those time bombs and it ain't right by the time you get it in you might be SOL.
