    Is this spot ok for the bilg pump?

    heck ya! I have my Rule500 right in the very same spot, except i made a nice fancy bracket for it, hee hee...PR...

    that`s the bailer G! thats where whatever water gets in your hull gets sucked out right at that black thing...

    you did good on the pump! ...PR...

    Get some hose clamps on those fittings Geo. I know that hose is probably on there tight but why take a risk for two 50 cent clamps ?

    Clamps for the barb fitting? If it's for that that I'll sure do it....Never though about it though...

    Normal guys would be safe with one, but now that he is working on his doo there needs to be a minimum of 2000gph bilge capacity!
