    Can this hose cause a problem?

    This is the hose going to the front of the IC. There is little space and I guess it bends like you see it....Look at the pics of the IC bracket also....

    Bracket was done by PPG...

    The thing is I cant look back in there when I put it back!....Where does that hose go to again?

    That hose should be going to your exhaust manifold. If its the opposite way then its coming from your pump. Im betting money that its going to your exhaust manifold though. Geo im willing to bet your losing a good amount of performance with a block like that. The better it flows the colder the water the colder the air. Colder air = Better performance

    I have the XS in my ski and was able to avoid kinks by using a longer piece of hose and having it make gradual bends rather than sharp ones. If all else fails use a 90 degree elbow from Home Depot in the plumbing section. I had to use one where the hose goes under the exhaust manifold to keep it from kinking.

    Geo... Did you unplug the bolt holes on the sides to remove it? If not, they have been overlooked and need to be plugged.
