    Sl650 Polaris Hole

This is from an SL650. Origninal fuel lines, no mods. Anyone care to take a stab at the diagnosis before I tear down further? The piston w/damage is the Mag Piston.

Actually this one didn't get a hole in it yet. I'm sure it wouldn't have been long before one appeared though. Notice the molten slag inserted along the sides of the electrode.

First words of your second sentence says it all. You still have the original fuel pump too? How about the auto c*ck, is that still on?

When I poked my head in the hull yesterday, everything looked original.
X, yep, I thought about that too. I'll probably bypass that and put an aftermarket inline instead.

Just get rid of the auto c**k, dont bother fitting an aftermarket.
Upgrade to a triple outlet fuel pump, but mount it low in the hull, near the battery base.
