    Question oil in hull

    one quart of fresh clean oil in hull.Oil level keeps going down.

    Did it spray all over or just drip out?

    Check your tops valve cover for leaks? Very front face of motor. (you would see oil dripping down or at least wet with oil) Or, O-ring missing or leaking on oil filter; circular housing facing up located @ back right side of motor. Make sure you have the dipstick all the way in/sealed. These are the easy checks.

    if it a 2-stroke, its a good chance your oil tank is cracked...seems to be a common issue...
