Talking Got to try it out! polaris sl650

    Hey
Monday of this week I was able to get out with the ski, first time running it on a lake all other running was done in dry dock. My son who's 9 and I took it out on a small lake around here in southern Wi. It started and ran very good for not being run for two years, the three outlet pump performed great. We buzzed around the lake which is about 1/2 mile long 5 or 6 times, he really injoyed it. The only sore spot was the sometimes bog when pushed from idle to w/o throttle. I think it mybe carb adjustment, or still some old gas residue, even though all lines hwere changed or cleaned along with the fuel tank. I suppose I may have to rebuild the carbs at some point. Again thanks for all the info and help! this is the best forum!!!
P.S. I read a post where they where talking about removing the c**k from the system is this something I should do?

The auto [email protected] should be removed and bypassed. There was a service bulletin on it way back when.

If it has one it looks like a small fuel pump if you upgraded the fuel pump and did not notice it that I guess you don't have one.
