adding a supercharger to gtx na

hey guys i was just wondering if anyone has or heard of someone adding a supercharger to a gtx non supercharged i 155 model.

i know alot about cars and turbocharging and supercharging. i know the 155 model has high compression so i'm sure the pistons would have to be changed. along with injectors

basicly does anyone think its worth trying or is there other modifications to get a little more power out of it.

right now i have a r&d intake and a solas 12/20 prop. was thinking about modding the water box at some point this winter. i'm new to this whole jet ski modifing thing i didn't even know these parts existed till a month ago.

i'd put a turbo on it instead...

to supercharge that thing u'd be looking at pistons, camshaft, overdrive gears for the crank, new PTO cover, supercharger assembly, ECU, new intake manifold due to different throttle body location, and plenty more... over 3 grand in parts alone

or if you were really smart, u'd leave that ski alone and keep it normally aspirated since it doesn't get any more reliable than the powerplant u currently have

Agreed. You will end up putting so much money into that ski that you could have had an RXP or another FI craft for less and be more reliable.
