Thread: Hull Swap

I have a 98 GP1200 that was wrecked I picked up cheap. It has a hole in the bottom of the ski, size is unknown at the moment as it has a big patch of glass on it. I found a hull on ebay, but the top half if it is destroyed. My question is how hard is it to seperate the two halves and put back together? Has anyone done this? All info would be appreciated!

Not to bad on the older Gp hull. We used a heated commercial knife used for cutting automotive glass out. The epoxy to glue them back together was made by Lord adhesives.
