Your crank is gone... it let the piston travel up too high and beat itself against the head. Sorry 'bout that, bud. Here is the same damage on my old motor.

    it's a new crank 20hr's

It was the rear piston, the others look fine. The motor and pistons turn really smooth, could it be anything else. ?

Thrasher you might be lucky enough to have a little end issue only .Remove the barrels and check it out .Looks like the little end has failed to me and you have some material from it where it shouldn't be .You may be lucky to get away with a piston and lttle end kit

    Cheers

Looks like something got in there. Doesn't look like crank bearing or ring to me. Maybe a small screw or something when you were putting the reeds in?
    Object left some rounded indentions.

Duke thats what i was thinking ,crank turns by hand really smooth. There is no shaving or anything on or at the bottom of the crank it is really clean. The rings are still on the piston so it not the rings. I think I got something in there. if it was the crank would I be able to feel some play in it if I pulled up and down on the rod.

How bad does the cylinder look?

Do you have flame arrestors etc.? Could something have found its way in those while you were doing the reed swap?

yes I do have them. amd I remember seeing a washer laying in one. My friend was helping me put them on. I pulled them all back off to see if it was there and did'nt find anything. I think that is what happend. The cylinder is in pretty good shape. A few light scraches on one side but not deep. The head is toast though. I don't think it can be repaired.
