Ok, I want put some good pistons in to a 4 tec. I called JE Pistons today and they told me all the Rotax piston they sell are cutom made. I got no further advice from. I want to build a fair race engine. I am starting with a short block from N/A ski.
Should I put the stock RXT pistons in or should I get something else? Bombardier has 99mm and 100mm pistion listed. Do I have it bored-out then get the pistions? I got a supercharger and an intercooler.

The JE pistons are the shit! Light, strong, but a bit pricey. I say go for it.
Nils can get you a better deal on them. Shoot him a PM nils888

Iíve worked with JE for many years. Funny I just got a dozen pistons today from them. I know several people there and have contact info if you need a custom design. I know nill has some already done too.
You can send a stock piston to JE and they will make you a forged one. Here is an example I did..

Dam they are SEXY!!!
I think the RR racing ones only have 2 rings...I just used the RXP forged in mine...But if I was installing the EMS I would have changed them out for something like that...
