96 SLTXHot Starts becoming more of a problem...
96 SLTX...I've put about 15 hours on my ski since I did the ignition upgrade and hot starts weren't really an issue until the last time out. Usually, the rider could bring the ski in, turn it off, change riders, then start up and go. If we waited too long to start, then we'd have the hot start problem but only for a minute, then it would start.
Now, when we change riders or if the engine stalls, we have to restart it within seconds otherwise we'll wait several minutes before it will start again.
Once it's started, no problem, runs great....
I'm running 40:1 premix always runnning fresh 87 octane gas and Pennzoil Marine Synthetic Blend oil from Walmart.

I'm curious about the placement of the supply wire to the CDI, is it at the orange or red spade on the board?
