All Pre-entry forms must be downloaded and mailed in with a check or money order, and must be received by Tuesday, July 31, by noon. Entry forms may be downloaded at pwcfun.com/surfandturfpromotions. All entries received after will be charged $20 per class, per event day, absolutely NO MORE EXCEPTIONS!
Friday, August 3, from 5pm-8pm at the race site, all pre-entered riders must also check-in and pick up pit passes. THERE WILL BE NO SATURDAY CHECK-IN OR REGISTRATION!!! Pre-entered racers that will not arrive until Saturday morning will not able to practice unless Surf and Turf Promotions is made aware of the late arrival by Wednesday, prior to the event, those riders will have a pre made packet and have to be on-site between 8am-9am (Thanks for your cooperation in advance).
This is mandatory for all participants and will be held at the stage at 9am on Saturday morning. No riding prior to the riders meeting.
A course orientation session will be held following the riders meeting; all racers must be checked in prior to getting on the course. No more than 8 runabouts on the water at a time. There is a very small tuning area in an adjoining lake, no tuning on the event lake.
All awards will be given out on Sunday at the ceremony that will follow racing, 30 minutes after the last race, and awards and cash for both days will be given. If you are not at the awards ceremony, you forfeit your award or cash payment, thanks for your cooperation in advance.
- Saturday, following the Closed Course Racing, live entertainment and a Freestyle Demo will to be provided by the Z98.5 house band at the race site. It will be some good Rock and Roll. Yeah!
- Sat. post-race party sponsored by Cash Distributing that will be in historic Downtown Tupelo and will have free beer, food, and jet-ski videos playing for early evening entertainment. After that, there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep people occupied for the remainder of the night.
- Z98.5 will be doing a two-hour live remote on Saturday.
- The reeds.ms Awards Ceremony on Sunday
- Additionally sponsored cash payout TBA at riders meeting
- Race site is less than a mile from Elvis' Birthplace!

2nd year of this race. Nice location 1 block from the birthplace of Elvis, if your into that. Big party saturday night, good payout with bonus cash.
