My Intercooler Setup
This is the start of my IC setup, thought i would post pics. Eric at Active Performance Cooling hooked me up with it. Retail is going to be $599.99 just for the cooler.
Everything but the tubes inside the core are hand made, the tanks are all stamped out and tigg welded together, the air and water fittings are machined from aluminum tubing down to size, the water fittings are then tapped.
I ordered 2.5" Air and 1/2" NPT water same size cooler as the riva so i am sure you people with broken riva cores can purchase this as a replacement.
I have also added a zinc anode on the inlet side of the water fittings, groco strainer and i am sure you can figure out where i got my plumbing from. there are plans to make aluminum mandrel bent tubing and silicone couplers once the tubing bender is in. Greenhulk OE IC blockoff with Dynotune boost guage installed.
