How Do I Lube My Throttle Body Port The Correct Way?

My 06 Sea Doo Sportster has a small little brass port on the side of the Throttle Body for lubing. What do I spray in there? Do I just spray Bombardier Lube into the port when engine is running or engine is off. Is there some kind of lube kit with a hose to lube this port? Thanks for any info...

hit it with the throttle closed for a sec and then fog the motor at a high idle (2-3000rpm) till you see smoke coming out of the exhaust, then cut the motor.
