Shibby I need a dealer service charge price

What should a dealer charge me for a new lanyard and programming it for a 2003 XP? I lost mine( or kids were playing with it) and need a new one. Thanks. Not exact price but a good ballpark range

My Dealer tech. Does it for free if I have a key. It takes 1 minute to do. Thats it. Just take a key in there and ask them to do it real nice like.

I think I paid around $45 for a new lanyard and the program was free with the new lanyard.

    depends on the customer haha...

typically... dealers will charge $40-50 if you need to buy a new lanyard from them and program it, so these guys were pretty accurate.

Probably not a bad idea to find a lanyard cheap and swing by a dealer and tell em your key stopped working, you need it reprogrammed real quick. Most times they'll just do it no problem because it takes all of 6.5 seconds... tell him thank you, you appreciate it and give him 5 or 10 bucks to get himself lunch

What kind of price were you told ski-guy?

did the 03 XPDI have a learning key? You could always reprogram the white learning key to be a regular key if you want, but being you have kids maybe you do actually utilize the learning key.

can't remember if those skis came with learning keys... the 02 XP didn't, but all the RX DIs did..

yes they do, but I would keep the white key. The learning key only.
