Removing Waterbox with Thru-hull Exhaust Installed
How do I do it?
The hoses to the j-pipe are off. The clamp on the j-pipe/exhaust manifold is off. The waterbox strap is off. The thru-hull/waterbox coupler is off. How do I take the box out without removing the thru-hull exhaust pipe?

Pull out the rear pipe from the box then push the box back and remove the box with J pipe fitted dont forget to remove the wire to the temp sensor ?

When I push the box back it hits the thru-hull pipe. I think I'll have to take the j-pipe off to make it work..

it is tight, but you should be able to wiggle the box out of there. I do have to push my thru hull pipe a couple of inches, but never have I had to remove it or touch the clamps at the fitting.
