Instrument Panel died...help
Well guys I just finished replacing the washers on my 05 RXT SC. I get everything back together and go to start her up to make sure everythings kosher.
I pop on the lanyard and hear the two beeps but I realize the instrument panel is completly dead. Needles aren't moving and nothing on the display. Motor starts up fine and all.
I mean it was all fine the last time I turned it on and I haven't messed with anything electrical.
Is there a fuse I should check?
I appreciate any help

hmm...check around the motor and such for any connections/wires you might have inadvertently yanked apart...

There is a fuse at the MPEM under the hood.It will be the 1amp fuse in there if it is the fuse.

Update...I checked all the fuses in the engine compartment and all are fine. I used a test light where the cable has a conector in the nose area of the ski and found that power is there both before and after the connection.
I can't figure out how to get behind the instrument panel though. Do I need to remove the black plastic on the underside of the hood? I see 2 10mm bolts in the middle and 4 small 6mm bolts at the latch area. I just don't want to start taking everything apart unneccesarily.

what would cause the Instrument panel to die like this all of a sudden? Anyone else have this problem?

Had mine die while doing 50-----------
No loose connections-
Finnally took one battery post completely off for a minute- reattached and has been flawless now for 4 hrs riding-
