    damage

trying to post pics to get an opinion of piston damage, but site is not letting me upload attachments. Anyone know how?

yesterday I pulled the heads and cylinder/piston/head on number 1 (closest to front of ski) have damage other 2 are intact. My question is, what else do I need to check that may have been damaged. I tried turning coupler to see if pistons move. It was able to move about a quarter turn and only the other 2 pistons move VERY little and damaged one does not move at all. I need some advise as to what else to check for and what possible resolution I am looking at to getting my ski back in the water.

    upgrades include:
Riva ProSeries heads, INtake filters, rejetted carbs (Fercho Specs) PPK, Solas 13/19, Waveeater stuff, Riva intake grate, D-plate, running premix
    approx 100 hours

That looks like a crankshaft due to the shrapnel marks in 2 cylinders.

Get the GPR manual, and take it apart.
