    Twin carbs?

These are off my buddy's ZXI 750. I was just wondering if they are the same size as the Hurricane? They look pretty much the same. All cleaned up and they weren't dirty because I did them last year. The ZXI has good spark and keeps quiting on him just like it did last year when the internal screens were plugged, but this time they were fine. The carbs are spotless so I tried to check out the pump and it had some green gummy gas like gel in it. Wouldn't ya know I decided to disassemble it and now I'm stuck. I took out a Philip's screw and now it doesn't catch most likey there is a nut behind there that is not in place. I go to split the two pieces and what the heck do I need. It looks like two torx head screws with a bump in the middle. Is this some kind of tamper proof torx screw or something? It looks like a need a T-20 with a hole in it. Where do if find one of these??? What else would cause a ski to keep quitting?

EDIT: I forgot to take pictures of the pump.

Sorry about the crappy cell phone pictures. I'll use the real camera when I take picture of this pump thing.

Well, I fished the nut out. I tried to jiggle it back in to place like one of those clown kids games where you had to land the ball in the hole. It was like trying that with a blindfold on. Anyway I got somebody bringing the tool by after work. Anybody know if a gummy pump would cause a ski to go and quit? Lemme see Air, Fuel, Spark that about cover all 2 strokes. Got air, Got spark, maybe it's fuel related I let somebody borrow my compression gage. Hmmmm, maybe I'll give it the old thumb over the spark plug hole check.
