    Trim motor questions

Hey guys. The trim motor on my sl900 is shot. I can manually adjust it by pressing the arm/spring down and turning at the same time. I am going on vacation on Sunday and don't think that I will be able to get a new one by that time, so my question is, what postition should I manually set this puppy to to achieve top speed? I assume the middle, but not sure.

Second question is that there are many of these trim motors available on eBay, all of them look exactly like mine, all the way down to the wire color. Were these trim motor assemblies used on many other models and will they work on my sl900?

    Thanks in advance

    Turk

You can use the trim motor out of the PRO as well, they will just move the nozzle faster.

It differs from body english to weight of riders, two up etc.
I'd say you can run it just a hair over half and be in good shape until you get a motor.
