supercharger housing looks KINDA thin walled now OBVIOUSLY to ACCEPT the LARGER dia bearing but im wondering if this effects performance at the RPM's we are talking about. cracking housings (due to thinner walls after machining or bearings spun in the races/housings themselves ( without the MOST precise machining like factory specs for fit)! GOOD LUCK BRO and let us know your results. thanks!!!!!! just a few cautionary thoughts at firsst sight of the machining thats been done. looks good though!

Nice Job I;m In the process of doing the same thing did you line bore or did you have to bore from both sides I see you still have the bearing stop in the housing

If machined correctly, I don't think there will be a problem.

I'm not sure where the hostility is coming from, but it has no place here. Can you think of a nicer way to convey your thoughts?

Franko people usually DONT convey there thoughts hostily when confronted with RESPECT but when your comments are DEEMED BS then i believe a person can resond in the manner they choose and can say WHATEVER they want. should u choose NOT to defend YOURSELF thats your perogative. i took my perogative to DEFEND MYSELF. thanks!
